| Recommended Site Preparations |
- Situate hutches and service aisles on a well-drained surface with a slight slope. We recommend crushed stone, gravel or sand.
- The site should be large enough, allowing hutches to be rotated to a fallow or dormant space. This rotation provides a break in the life cycle of micro-organisms that can build up in the soil.
- Face the hutch entrance away from prevailing winds.
- Secure hutches to the ground.
